Anyway, I sliced some Roasted Pepper Asiago chicken sausage into rings and sauteed it in a pan with 1 T + 1 t. of garlic-flavored olive oil. For myself I just put the sausage rings on top of my pasta, but for my husband I also added 1/2 c. of pasta sauce.

how funny! i made a chicken sausage pasta dish this week (i think maybe even on wednesday!) too! i used a basil tomato chicken sausage from trader joe's and sauteed it up with spinach, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms, then added just a bit (1/4 cup?) of my favorite red sauce and a splash of heavy cream. it was lovely. and this looks great, too! thanks for sharing. :)
